We text you only if you say yes, with one box for service texts and another for deals texts. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help.

What we send
Service texts
- A reminder the night before each visit, with a 30 minute window
- A text when we are on the way
- A text when we are done, with a link to the photo of your latched gate
- Changes to your schedule
- Billing notices
- Replies to your texts and questions
Deals texts
Offers, news about new services and seasonal tips. You get these only if you check the deals box.
How you opt in
Our sign up form and My Yard each have two separate boxes for texts. One box is for service texts. The other box is for deals texts. Neither box is checked for you, so the choice is yours. You can change your choices any time in My Yard.
If you text us first, we will text you back to answer. Your text counts as your OK for those replies.
Saying yes to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
You must be 18 or older to sign up. Only give us a mobile number that is yours. If you change or give up your number, tell us or reply STOP first.
How often we text
- Service texts: message frequency varies. Most of the time, you get 2 to 4 texts for each visit.
- Deals texts: up to 4 a month.
While your service is paused, or when you skip a visit at least 24 hours ahead, we do not send visit reminders.
Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from us. We will send one last text to confirm. Replies like QUIT, END, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE also stop texts. To cancel your plan, use My Yard.
Once you stop all texts, you will no longer get visit reminders or gate photo links by text.
To stop only deals texts, uncheck the deals box in My Yard, or ask us by text or email.
To get texts again, reply START.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing. Text opt in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Changes
If we change these text terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
